The skipped status is reflected if the card has zero entries. Cards with zero entries are not sent.
To reopen the card to get signatures and have the card sent, please follow the instructions below:
- From the Home page, click on My Account on the top right of the screen (must be logged in).
- Then click on the Settings button to the right of the recipient's name. If you're on a mobile phone or tablet, scroll to the right to see the Settings column.
- Change the delivery date to a future date/time and click Save Changes. This will reopen the card for signing/editing and the card will be sent at the new time you scheduled.
