There are 3 general ways you will know your card is delivered.
You will get an email from us once the card has been sent + another when opened. If you are not getting these emails, please check your spam/junk folder. If you don't see it there, then we advise you to send a quick email to your IT team to have them add our domain (groupgreeting.com) to your email server approved list.
- You can also check the Status of the card by logging into your account and looking under the status column.
The recipient may send you an email saying how much they appreciated the card :). This happens often!
If there is ever any doubt if the card was sent, you also have the option of manually sending the card whenever you want (many people do this). Essentially what we send the recipient is a link to the card, so you can simply send the person the card link via email, instant message, or text, etc..
