To resend a card, please follow these instructions:
- From the home page, click on My Account on the top right of the screen (must be logged in).
- Then click on the More button to the right of the recipient's name. If you're on a mobile phone or tablet, scroll to the right to see the Settings column.
- Click Resend. You'll have the option to resend to the same email address right away, or you can resend the card to a different email address at a scheduled time.
If the card doesn't include a gift card, you also have the option of manually sending the card (many people do this). Essentially what we send the recipient is a link to the card, so you can simply send the person the card link via email, text, etc. It's the same link you shared with signers. This often works because the recipient will recognize you as the sender and be more likely to open the email.
If the card includes a gift card, please note the gift card can only be redeemed by clicking the redemption link in the GroupGreeting email.
