Understanding your card status

If you click on the "?" button in the Status column, these are the different status types that may appear in the column. They are not the actual status of the card.  Below are more details explaining the status types.


  • Unpaid- The card has not been purchased and is not active
  • Paid-The card has been purchased, is active, but has not been sent
  • Skipped-The card was not delivered because it has 0 entries
  • Sent-The card has been delivered, and is no longer accepting new entries
  • Opened-The card has been viewed by the recipient
  • Dropped-The card was undeliverable. Please contact support@groupgreeting.com for more details
