The card recipient should see a popover to thank signers at the end of the card. If they don’t see the popover, they can click the “send thanks” icon below the card (example screenshot below).
If the recipient uses the “send thanks” icon, they may be prompted to create an account first. Please note they must register or log in with the same email address to which the card was delivered.
Lastly, the thank-you message will only be sent to signers who provided their email address when signing the card.
