If you have an annual plan, you can use the clone feature to duplicate a card and send it to multiple recipients.
Here's how it works:
- Create one "master" card. Send the card link to those who should sign it, or you can leave it blank.
- After everyone is done signing, click the Clone button from the My Account page to clone that one card to a recipient list you upload to our site. After cloning, you'll have all identical cards except the recipient names will be different.
- Optional: If some people want to leave personalized messages, you can then export all the card links in a spreadsheet and send to your team to sign. They can choose which cards to sign by clicking on the card links in the spreadsheet.
- Cards get delivered at the time you scheduled. Done!
