The recipient will receive the gift card redemption link in the same email that contains the GroupGreeting card link.
The recipient can click on the View EGift Card button to claim the gift card.
The gift card will be available 24 hours after the card was delivered. This is to help ensure proper fulfillment of the gift card and help prevent fraud. Once the 24-hour time limit expires, they'll be directed to our gift card provider’s site (prezzee.com). Please note, the recipient will need to register for an account on Prezzee to redeem the gift card.
The gift card can only be redeemed by clicking the redemption button in the email from GroupGreeting.
An image of the gift card will also appear on the first page of the delivered card as shown in the example below.
