If you received a GroupGreeting card with a gift card in it, open the email you received with the GroupGreeting card link. Then click on the redemption button, which will direct you to our gift card provider’s site (prezzee.com).
If you did not receive an email from GroupGreeting containing the card link and gift card redemption button, please contact support@groupgreeting.com.
Gift cards can only be claimed by clicking the redemption button in the email.
