If you received a GroupGreeting card with a gift card in it, open the email you received with the GroupGreeting card link. Then click on the View EGift Card button.
Gift cards are available for redemption starting 24 hours after the greeting card delivery. This waiting period helps us process the gift securely and prevent fraud.
Once the 24-hour time frame passes, you'll be directed to our gift card provider’s site (prezzee.com). Please note, you'll need to create an account on Prezzee to redeem the gift card.
If you did not receive an email from GroupGreeting containing the card link and gift card redemption button, please contact support@groupgreeting.com.
Gift cards can only be claimed by clicking the View EGift Card button in the email.
