You may have been accessing the site during a period of high traffic, which caused the error. Please try to sign the card again, and if you're still having trouble, we recommend to try the following:
- It could be a browser issue, so we recommend trying a different browser.
- If you're using VPN, we recommend logging off VPN and then sign the card again.
- Sign the card from your mobile phone.
- Make sure your message is less than 700 characters (if you need more room, you can sign the card twice!)
- Ensure your message is in the "write your message here" field. If your message is in the "your name" field and it's too long, it will not save.
