You may have been accessing the site during a period of high traffic, which caused the error. Please try to pay for the card again, and if you're still having trouble, we recommend to try the following:
 
  • It could be a browser issue, so we recommend trying a different browser. 
  • A firewall or VPN could be blocking this page. You can log off VPN and try to pay for the card again
  • Try to purchase the card on your mobile device using your cellular data versus wifi. If your phone is not on VPN/wifi and you can process payment, then it is very likely a VPN/firewall preventing you from accessing content on our site.
  • Confirm your email address is correct and valid. If it's not, when you click the pay button, it will appear as if the site is stuck in a spinning cycle and will error out.
