If you forgot your password, you can click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to have a temporary password sent to you.
If you didn't receive our email, try adding noreply@groupgreeting.com to your contact list and then try the Forgot Password link again.
Please be sure to check your spam folder as well.
When you receive the password, type it in manually or carefully copy it so that no extra blank spaces are included before or after the password. If there's an extra blank space, our system will say it's invalid.
Additionally, please only click the Forgot Password link once. Each time you click on Forgot Password it will generate a new password and override the previous one.
After logging into your account, you may update your password by going to Account Settings > Change Password. Use the temporary password as your "old password" and then enter a "new password."
