How do I change the delivery date/time?

You can change the delivery date/time anytime before the card is delivered by following these directions:


  1. Log in to your account and click on the Settings button on the card page or from the My Account page. If you're on a mobile phone, you may need to scroll to the right (swipe left) to see the Settings button.
  2. Click on the date field and select a new delivery date and/or time. The date field will be grey, but you can still click on it. Please make sure you have selected the correct time zone.
  3. Click Save Changes to finalize.
