I can't see the GIFs/stickers

Generally when we see this issue, the user is working on a VPN (virtual private network) or behind a company firewall. If you are on a VPN and connecting through a company internet network, your IT team could be blocking "Tenor" (our gif provider) which is deemed entertainment and therefore could be restricted.

Another easy way to verify a VPN or firewall issue is to try accessing the card from your mobile phone using cellular data and not the same wifi as your work computer. 
 
If your phone is not on VPN and you can add GIFs, then it is very likely a VPN/firewall preventing you from using GIFs on our site. From here, we recommend you can contact your IT team to request to add Tenor.com to the list of approved sites.

Another option to try if you are NOT on a VPN is to see if you have ad-blockers enabled and they could be blocking Tenor. If so, you can disable them and try adding GIFs again.
