If you’ve already created a Prezzee account but the gift card didn’t appear, please log in at prezzee.com first. Once logged in, return to your GroupGreeting email and click the “View eGift Card” link again — this step allows Prezzee to properly register and add the new gift card to your wallet.
If you're still having trouble:
- clear your browser's cache + cookies
- If using the mobile app, please make sure the app is the latest version in the app store
