My credit card is being declined. What can I do?

If your debit or credit card is getting declined, we first recommend checking the following:

  • Make sure your card is not expired, and your billing information is current and correct.
  • It could be a browser issue, so you can try using a different browser.
  • If you're using a VPN, try logging off VPN and clearing cookies and then see if you can complete the transaction.

If none of the above resolve the issue, you can try purchasing the card from your mobile phone and see if that works instead.
