If you're unable to contribute to a gift card, it is typically due to one of the below reasons:
1. The gift card maximum value has been met.
Generally, the maximum value is $250 - $500 depending on the retailer.
2. The card delivery is less than 12 hours away.
Gift card contributions can only be made up to 12 hours before the card delivery time. We have it this way to help prevent fraud and also ensure that the gift card is processed successfully through our gift card provider with all contributions added.
