I’m leaving my team. Can I transfer my plan?

Yes! You can transfer your plan by assigning your account to a new user.


To update the account details, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your GroupGreeting account
  2. Click on Account Settings
  3. Update the name and email address
  4. Click Save Changes


Note: If the new admin already has an existing GroupGreeting account, please contact us at support@groupgreeting.com for assistance.
