How can I get a tax invoice for my purchase?

You may download a tax invoice for a card purchase from our site by following these instructions:

1. Click on My Account in the top right of the screen (must be logged in).
2. Then click on the More button next to the card you bought. Select Tax invoice.
3. If you need a PDF version, click Print this Receipt, then on the Destination drop down click Save as PDF.

If you purchased a plan, you can get a tax invoice by following these instructions:

1. Click on My Account in the top right of the screen (must be logged in), and then click on the Plan tab. 

2. Click the Receipt button at the end of the row.

3. If you need a PDF version, click Print this Receipt, then on the Destination drop down click Save as PDF.
