If you're an annual plan subscriber, you may access the "import a list" feature. This feature allows you to create your cards in bulk by uploading a spreadsheet with recipients' names and email addresses and delivery dates/times.


Here are the steps on how to import a list to create your cards in bulk:

  1. Click the Import a list link from the My Account page.
  2. Click the Download Template button to download the spreadsheet template. Please be sure to hover over the column headings in the spreadsheet to see the correct format, especially for date, time and time zone.
  3. After completing your spreadsheet, click the Next button.
  4. Select a card cover for your cards. You can only select one design for all of them. However, you'll have the ability to change each cover individually after the cards have been created by clicking the Settings button from the My Account page.
  5. Click Choose File to upload your completed spreadsheet. Then click Next.

After the cards are created, you'll see them on the My Account page. Again, you can change the card cover for any of the cards by clicking the Settings button from the My Account page. To invite people to sign the cards, you would send them the card link, which you can get by clicking the Invite button. 

You can also download all the card links at one time and export them as a CSV file to share with signers by clicking the Export Your Cards as CSV at the bottom of the My Account page.
